Doctor, I am 23 years old male. I used to masturebate. Now sperms ejaculated very soon(in seconds). For the last three weeks having a mild warmness inside the penis but No discharge. Heavy Hairfall. Having normal erection but can't sustain. Is my condition reversible? Should I contact a doctor immediately?
