Dear Doctor, I'm an unmarried guy and have an affair since last 1 yr. During this period me and my partner met very close near about 2 times, but in both occasion my performance is not so sound due to above issue. The size of my pennies at the time of intercourse is near to 4 inch. and it gave early fall out of sperm. I need some help in this regard. I've no extra disease but have habit of smoking.
