I am facing serious premature ejacuayio n and some sort of ED as well since years. I cant stay even 3-4 second...I need permanent treatment along with instant treatment for any particular day. I tried many ayurvedic pills from Doctor(road side clinics) but nothing happened. I am married and my wife also expects the same from me. I am bit diabetic but almost controlled.
