HSG test or tube testing is done to look for any tubal block. If no blocks and ovulating well, but still unable to conceive naturally after 4-6 cycles, next step would be IUI.
Next Steps
You may need to get evaluated for any other hormonal problems like thyroid or diabetes. Husband should also get evaluated.
