My last periods date was 22 august ...am having periods cramps but bleeding didnt started...my head is so heavy heavy frm 2 days ...today checked urine pregnancy test but it was negative

Confirm by Bhcg.It is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo online.
