Pregnant worried about measles exposure

I'm 29 years old and pregnant (26+5) and will be hosting house guests from Europe next week. They live in Switzerland, but will be spending time in Ireland on their way over, and one has family in Germany. I'm wondering if I should worry much about possible measles exposure given the recent outbreak in Europe.
