Hello Doctor, I had kidney stone and slightly hydronephrosis. A stone on my left kidney was 6 mm but it flushed out somehow but hydronephrosis is still there. From past someday I noticed some pregnancy symptoms so I tested and it was clearly positive. what should I do now? suggestion please?

If no stone and if you keen for pregnancy  no need to terminate  on the basis of hydronephrotic changes.. As kidney will recover slowly as the stone passed
