Pregnant, problem with baby's heart

I'm 18 weeks pregnant, at 14 weeks they noticed a problem with the heart so I've been going for more scan to keep an eye on it. Today they diagnosised the baby with tetralogy of fallot with absent pulmonary valve syndrome, aortic stenosis, severe cardiomegaly. I would like to know what chance there is of the baby surviving of if you could advise me on the next step of why I can do, I would like to carry on with my pregnancy so I want to know if there's anything I can do when the baby's here
