Pregnant Or not , confus

I used to have irregular periods before 4mnths. Since 4mnths it is regular with 28-33days cycle. I have hypothyroid. My last period was on dec 2. Till now i have no signs of mensus. Instead have signs of pregnancy so i had a hpt today morning it went negative. So kindly suggest me for further steps.
