Having hip joint pain while moving and waking up from lying straight on bed and sometimes in walking. Vitamin d is 19.6 as per report. I am 12 weeks pregnant. What is cause of this severe pain? .

A hormone relaxin increases during pregnancy.as name tells it relaxes tissue that connect your bone throughout body . Can cause pelvic discomfort. Vitamin d is little less but not that it will cause pain . But keep on taking calcium. Take pcm or jel to reduce pain
