Pregnancy with high BP

Hello all I am 9 weeks pregnant with a high BP.My Bp keeps on fluctuating sometimes it's 123/94 at home and sometimes it's 140/90. Doc has given me labetol 200 mg twice. Could you please suggest to me what to do to lower my bp so that it doesn't concern my pregnancy. Any home remedies or diet advice anyone can help.
