My wife menstruation period length is 31, and now it's 39th day. We did pregnancy test this morning but it is negative. She had very little one to two drops spotting on her due period day and has sore nipples. Please suggest whether she is pregnant or not?

Wait for 7 days more , if she has delayed cycles and no other symptoms , and also get her tsh and prolactin and routine usg test done if still not done.
