My wife thinks she is pregnant she did 4 ican pregnancy test all were negative she did it after 8 days when she missed her period so can the test be wrong ?

Many times due to delayed conception Urine Pregnancy Test can give false negative results .if you want to be really sure whether she is pregnant or not then it is better to get a beta HCG blood test done to clear away all the doubts and confusion regarding pregnancy
