I had unprotected sex and within 72 hours I used ipill. I was due for my menses today. Can I go for prega news test tomorrow? What are the chances of it being delayed?

Wait for a week for UPT test. you should repeat it again in a week if you do not get your periods. delay in your normal periods is quite common with i-pill
