Pregnancy test

I got positive pregnancy test last evening but negative result after 2 hours and then got slight bleeding and then this morning i am bleeding very heavily. I did test after 3 days of missed periods. Did i suffer an early miscarriage or it was a false test. Please assist.

Even after abortion it can be positive for few days
