How many days after my missed period should I do a pregnancy test? Can I use preganancy test kit at home to get exact result?

Can do 3-4days after missed periods. If very anxious, then Blood test immediately next day will give 100 percent result.

UPT has false negative value. so repeat it if you are doubtful and go for blood test for confirmation.
