Pregnancy test after IUI

Today is my day 26. I had IUI on day 14 and taking duphaston from day 14 and still 2 days left for tablet to finish. When can i take pregnancy test? My last period was april 4th and i have a cycle of 26/28/29/31 Last month i got for 28 days. Pls suggest
