I've miscarriage on 1st sep, after 11 days i got pregnancy symptoms back like metallic taste in mouth nd nausea. then on 13th day i go for pregnacy test it shows +ve results what should i do.

You could be having retained products of conception.. Do an ultrasound pelvis (preferrably transvaginal scan) and then consult direct..
