I am experiencing lots of pregnancy symptoms like sever acidity after ever meal tight stomach crapms in lower abdomen , back ache tiredness , low in energy ,smell sensitivity but my pregnancy test is negative both blood and urine test. I last had my periods on 18th june . Pls help understand the possible reason.
