Pregnancy symptoms before missed period

Hello We had sex on 23 , 25th July and waiting for period on Aug 8 on 29 day cycle, my wife is experiencing symptoms like abdominal pain, back pain, gassy, weakness, body aches. Can this be pregnancy for sure ?do symptoms manifest so soon ?
