She took a contraceptive medicine in 8 hours after the intercourse, she is scared about the efficacy of the pill. She was already late in her periods. Last period was on 12th March, no periods after that. Current pregnancy test is negative.

Well all contraceptives have some failure rate.... emergency ones have a little more failure rate... If pregnancy test is negative then nothing to worry about......if you are still anxious then get a scan done.... Kindly connect for further advice
