Sometimes it can be very early pregnancy and the foetal parts may not be visualised, thats the reason we advice to recheck after 2 weeks.If you are having nausea and vomiting then usually it is good bit saying that if you don't have nausea or vomiting is not bad news as many people may not have nausea and vomiting. So be positive wait for 2 weeks then you will certainly know what is the position
