My LMP was 25 August 2018...I m 7 weeks pregnant...now from last few days I m having constipation so I apply force while doing potty..is it ok or it has some bad effect on baby? I m not also having so much morning sickness and nausea ...is it normal or I should have it badly?... My Dr. Also said me not to have sex so till when I can have sex.
