Pregnancy related issue

My first ivf cycle had a fresh embryo transfer,but it failed and in next attempt frozen embryo transfer of blastocyst happened but i got my urine test negative,i have normak uterus and embryos are also of A grade what might have caused this cycle also a failure,should i try another cycle immediately or give time and go for it please suggest

There are many reasons for unsuccessful pregnancy, not only the embryo,immunological factors also contribute.

Get the Day 2 FSH and LH under control Get thyroid under control Get P4 and E2 under control Frozen embryos day 5 blastocyst stage with endometrial thickness of more than 7 gives best results Check for any fluid in endometrial cavity presence of any hydrosalpinges before ET

Take adjuvants for 3 months and endometrial preparation medication on time
