I m 13 weeks pregnant probably...today was my appointment with gynaecologist...she told me nothing but wrote something in form...what does the first line mean?...Plz tell...I m worried.

First line is 'uterus just palpable' which means your growing womb can now be felt abdominally.....Which is how it should be at 13 weeks gestation.
