I am 4months pregnant having so much shortness of breath like suffocating when I lay down. Suggest some exercises. From 4th month till 9th month do we have same iron and calcium medicine

At 4th month breathing issue shouldn't happen. It's seen when the uterus is large at around 8-9 months. If it's more, kindly visit hospital and get evaluated. Also check your haemoglobin status by doing CBC.
