If baby head drops down ... during pregnancy..then within how many weeks will I get delivered..d baby??..

when baby's head drops down and gets fixed in the pelvis, it is a sign of impending delivery which can take place within a few hours to a couple of days.

Usually it fixes at 36 weeks and some time early.. Until you get labour Pain ie  till 40  weeks
