How to become pregnant...when v don't know when the egg ruptures.. My husband sperm count=18million Sperm concentration=36million Can I become pregnant within 30days..what should I do to become pregnant soon

So many terms and conditions should be there for pregnancy.Cycle should be regular.Egg after maturation should be ruptured at time .Then meeting with husband and support with progesterone.For this you have to take help of doctor.
