I am 21 week pregnant, now I am having front tooth gums pain, met dentist she said that this is because of hormonal changes in pregnancy called gingivitis and did scaling to teeth gave some mouthwash I have read in Internet that gingivitis lead preterm labor etc Is it true?is gingivitis is major issue? Can you please tell me the solution for this
