I had a 2 abortion in a row now i was get pregnant again pregnancy test was postive and feeling nausea ,head spinning, leg cramping and back pain. doctor gave me a duphaston 10mg for a 2 weeks in 4 weeks of pregnancy . after 2 weeks i went for a ultrasound scan now im 6 weeks pregnant doctor said there is no fetal empty sac is there ( water bag) . Ask me to come after 2 weeks why it was happening anything problem or sign for a miscarriage

At 6 weeks we generally observe fetus with heart beat. So you should repeat ultrasound after one week to see baby's growth .def it's not a good sign but only next ultrasound can clarify
