Foetus is present lower uterine segment and yolk sac is not seen. And vaginal bleeding from two days.

What is the duration of pregnancy? Bed rest add a progesterone tablet. Repeat ultrasound after 7 days

Take complete bed rest. Put a sanitary napkin and watch the amount of bleeding and colour of bleeding
Next Steps
If bleeding continues and pain abdomen also starts and these symptoms aggravate in next 24 hrs then show to Gynaecologist.

You can take Tablet Folic acid three times a day along with Tab Gestonin /Tab Microgest three times a day.
