Pregnancy problem

She had periods on August 17th. We had sex on Aug 27th. She hasn't got her periods since then. While having sex we had protection but not sure if it was damage. Prega news home urine test also says negative, it was taken on night of 4th of October. She stopped medication for Pcod in June. Should she get other test done in a diagnostic centre. Please mention what tests.
