Periods continue but my bally is bloating and feel tight ,back pain ,headache , food appetite is increased .and feel tired . May i pregnant ?

Confirm for pregnancy.Do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding.Drink plenty of water.
