Now I am in 7 weeks pregnant but I am getting pain in my abdomen pain in both left and right side .is it normal or not

Some amount of pain s normal..but if its too much u need to gt investigation done .. It could be urine infection or something else also. Gt an ultrasound done too to check if heart beat of baby has come or not..
