My wife is not gettin pregnant since last 3 months . Kindly help us and suggest . We tried each and every position and every possibility

3 months is a very short time to get impatient. We generally give a healthy couple upto a year to try If the wife is less than 30yrs and cycles are fine.Tell her to start folic acid, ger her thyroid test and ultrasound TVS and your semen analysis and try during mid cycle for 3 more months.
