My wife is 5/6 week pregnant having B- blood group ( RH factor negative). Doc suggested her to take Duphaston 10mg tab, as it is not very economical so can she use the Dydrogesterone generic tab (same dose) inspite of it. Plz suggest best for us?

Yup you can take dydrogesterone, both are same only. Kindly check your blood group too and also your wife's indirect coomb's test as she is rh negative. Your gynaecologist would advised you accordingly.
