Me and Fiance had unprotected sex on 18th November 2018. Very next day she took unwanted72 contraceptive pills. Now she is getting  abdominal pain and it swelling also swelling in her breast. Is there any chances of pregnancy and also please advise if it is normal that abdominal swelling and pain.
