I have done sex with my gf after her periods had completed but I have not enter my penis in her vagina instead I I entered in her ass but I have used condom in this situation also...... today she feels stomach pain ......is this a symptom of her pregnancy.......is there any chance that she can be pregnant.......

No chance.If you have touched her vagina with penis then chances are there.Because prejaculate fluids also contains sperms and risk of pregnancy.Better take emergency contraceptive pill within 72 hours of intercourse.
