I got the reports of pregnancy so....I'm pregnant from 3-4weeks plz help me in termination because I am really unable to bare the pain

Go for surgical process under anaesthesia

If u r pregnant and wants medical termination u cn either opt for medical or surgical evacuation. However u ll hv pain in medical evacuation but no pain in surgical evacuation under anaesrhesia. Decide what u want
