Doc has prescribed me with mecomex-d and my husband with mac-q10.last month still I got my periods today.my cycles are regular.what may be the reason for not getting pregnant.we are trying since a year

Please visit a fertility center and get yourself checked and your husband's semen analysis. If basic test are normal then you can try naturally keeping fertile period in mind .
