Pregnancy possibility

My boyfriend ejaculated on his underwear and immediately washed his underwear with a detergent soap. I didn't know about it so after 2 minutes I used the same soap to wash my hands and then without drying my hand I inserted into my vagina. Can this lead to pregnancy by any chance? Is it possible that while washing his underwear he transferred some sperms in the soap and when I washed with same soap sperm got transferred in my hands too. Because the timing was very thin only 2-3 minutes.

Yes. If you don't get your periods on due date please do the test to rule out a pregnancy.
