You can continue pregnancy. Get  serum B  hcg test done . If level of B hcg is more than or equal to 1500 IU, get a scan (TVS) done. Chances of ectopic pregnancy is bit high in women who conceive after failure of i pill / unwanted 72/ Emergency contraceptives
Health Tips
if you have pain / spotting per vagina any time consult Gynecologist immidiately

If you want yo continue with pregancy , we have to check the vaibiltiy of pregnacy through few tests. We cant assure normalcy of pregancy without tests Plus you have to do other early pregancy tests also to rule of other existing health conditions like diabitis thyroid and bloodpressure which can affect growth of pregancy
Next Steps
Sonography at 6 weeks and bhcg reports are essential
Health Tips
Connect to gyneac asap for further treatment and investigations

This all depends on which day the unwanted pill was taken and when was the last period date Most importantly you should do an emergency ultrasound scan to find out where the pregnancy is whether it is in the uterus or in the tubes because the unwanted will which is used can disturb the fallopian tube function and thereby it can cause ectopic pregnancy as well so do it immediately
