Should I use c shaped pregnancy pillow as I have severe back pain . I tried googling people told u shaped pillow is good Which is better? C or u shaped pregnancy pillow .i also have my placenta little away from os so wanted to be cautious

Even a normal pillow between ur thighs when sleeping in left lateral position is enough.....
