After ovulation day, she had Dyarogesterone tabs for 13 days and her periods date was on 26th sept ,which was missed.On 29th sept today she got some brown discharge , is it periods or anything .

It could be one of these scenarios 1 could be pregnant where u can do a morning UPT the next day to confirm 2 could be a delayed period where waiting for a day or two will sort out the issue
