Hello, I had day 5 blastocyst fresh embryo transfer on 9th of October. I'm feeling very nauseated and i have lower abdomen cramps as well. I am supposed to be taking beta HCG on 23rd. I have no spotting though. I'm scared if abdomen cramps means period coming. I'm on vaginal progesterone ( Crinone gel 8% and nidagen 200 each once a day) along with duphaston 10mg 3 times a day. Kindly suggest
