Can ultrasound at 6 weeks confirm pregnancy ? I'm really tensed I'm just 19 please check the reports and tell pregnancy or not?

No pregnancy from the scan report,and to your question yes pregnancy can be diagnosed by 6 weeks of gestation. I advise you to get a Counseilling for your anxiety symptoms and if you are facing any personal problems.
