She missed her periods and also shows some signs of pregnancy but the home tests shows false even on 9th day.

Hello,what were the signs you observaed in her ??? A 9 week old woman don't show much of signs and symptoms , false test result is common if the test is not done properly , check it once again, if she has no past history of irregular periods ,you can do blood pregnancy test which is done in hospital.
