I missed my periods from last two months. And my pregnancy report is also negative then when I consult a Dr. She asked me too do an ultrasound test. But in that that I got an issue " Thin and Hypoechoic Endometerium". Now I am really worried about my future baby planning because I am newly married and planning for a child. So please guide me if it is possible for me to get pregnant.

It depends on which day of cycle has this ultrasound been done.. Any medicines you are on.. any history of previous surgical procedures like dilatation and curettage..
