I have a dermoid in my right ovary. Can there be chances of pregnancy even without removing this dermoid.my Lmp is 24.08.2018. please help

Pregnancy doesn't interfere by dermoid cyst but it is highly mobile structure and chances of torsion during pregnancy then emergency will arise.If you are pregnant with dermoid then continue it.
