Hello.  I had an abortion in the month of April 2018. I got my torch test done after 3 weeks. Rubella   Ig G and cytomegalovirus ig g were positive. Values were more than 200. Then again after 4 weeks i got it done.  Its values reduced to 2 and cytomegalovirus ig g ws less than 0.7.Now after 3 months i got the TORCH test done and again the values are 2.22andd 2.23respectively. I have not started my medication yet as my doctor has told me that there is no such medicine for this only vaccination

Yes you take vaccination against Rubella.After taking vaccine no pregnancy till 3 months .After that you can plan 4 months onwards.But you should continued the folic acid and B complex.
